Mayor to announce his plans

Mayor Henry Sanchez, who has served at the helm for the last six years, plans to make an announcement Friday on whether he’ll run for another two-year term.

He will be speaking on KFUN’s “What’s Cooking at City Hall?,” which is a weekly program that begins just after the 10 a.m. news every Friday. KFUN is at 1230 on the AM radio dial.

Sanchez has kept his intentions unknown to the public. As he did in the last go-around, he likes to wait to announce his plans until near the end of December.
