Friday, Nov. 2 — Now in operation on the Highlands University campus is the National Institute of Health-sponsored Computer Center built around an IBM 1620 model, and complementary equipment, in all valued at approximately $200,000. Dr. E. Gerald Meyer is the Dean of the Graduate School and director of the Institute for Scientific Research, and Dr. M.G. Howat is the director of the Computer Center.
