Wednesday, Nov. 21 — Now under construction on the Highlands University campus is a $200,000 multiple-purpose building to be known as University Hall. Designed for large conferences, student social activities and other special events, it will seat 400 for a banquet and 500 for a meeting. Moveable partitions will make it available for classes or small meetings.
