Monday, Oct. 1 — Milt Callon, author of “Las Vegas, New Mexico-The Town That Wouldn’t Gamble,” is in town this week to autograph copies of his history of Las Vegas. Callon will be at the Optic at 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. This is the last time that autographed copies of the interesting history of Las Vegas will be available. The books may be bought and autographed at the Optic.
