Tuesday, March 5 — Plans for two projects were unfolded at a special meeting Friday night called by the Storrie Project Water Users Association. It was first revealed that the State Highway Department will, in September of this year, let a contract for bids, to widen State Road 3 north of Las Vegas. The project will include the  crossing over the dam at Storrie Lake. The board expressed hope that the surface area of the lake will be increased to the delight of water ski enthusiasts.
