Brooke Knezevich dropped 25 points on the visiting Hope Huskies and Kassandra Tapia had 19 Thursday night in one of the Robertson Lady Cardinals’ better wins of the season.
The Lady Cards won a physical contest against a highly regarded opponent and showed strength throughout. After a close first period, RHS outscored Hope Christian 21-10 in the second to take a 32-19 halftime lead.
The Huskies cut into the deficit and trailed just 44-38 going into the fourth. Three times in the final frame, they got within three points of the Lady Cardinals.
