Judge to give report

Municipal Judge Eddie Trujillo is expected to make a rare appearance in front of the City Council on Wednesday.

According to the agenda, he is set to give an informational report.

Under the city charter, he is supposed to give a monthly report to the mayor and council, although the charter doesn’t specify whether it is supposed to be verbal or written. Trujillo has been turning in reports to the city’s finance department for years, but apparently, they haven’t been passed on to the council.
