The Albuquerque Isotopes didn’t let a little cloudburst and hurricane-like conditions rain on their parade.
The ‘Topes swept an impromptu Saturday doubleheader against visiting New Orleans by scores of 8-5 and 5-4. The first game was a continuation from Friday, forced after violent winds near 90 mph and sheets of rain blasted Isotopes Park and other parts of the Duke City.
