Las Vegas Little League and La Plaza Little League are teaming up to provide interleague baseball and softball games. The first of these contests took place Tuesday night as LVLL’s Cardinals paid a visit to LPLL’s Angels in a majors baseball clash at Rodriguez Park.
More interleague games — involving majors baseball and softball from both sides of town — will be scheduled in the coming weeks, said La Plaza official Manuel Lucero.
