A Santa Fe firm has been chosen to design a new residence hall on the Highlands University campus. Four companies spent the day last Tuesday giving presentations to five university officials.
President Jim Fries told the Budget and Finance Committee last week, “We went through the request-for-proposal process seeking architectural firms interested in architectural engineering work for a new residence hall that will contain approximately 280 beds. We had seven firms that submitted proposals in response to the RFP.”
