The New Mexico Highlands University wrestling team had its best showing to date in the Oklahoma City Open this past weekend.
It was the season debut for Highlands and head coach Doug Moses, and with six Cowboy grapplers placing in the tournament, it marked the school’s most successful entry in that particular event.
The tourney, which featured some top NCAA Division I talent, was hosted by Oklahoma City University this past Sunday.
