Hector Hernandez, who captured an NAIA national heavyweight championship for New Mexico Highlands in 1987, has been named to the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Centennial Team in wrestling.
The list of a dozen elite wrestlers in the 100-year history of the RMAC was announced Wednesday by the league office in Colorado Springs, Colo.
The RMAC is the fourth oldest conference in the country, and the most historic in the western U.S.
