Glitches stall sale of Maloof building, Trementina land

Two pieces of property — land in Trementina and the old Maloof building — that the West Las Vegas School District has been trying to sell are causing headaches for district officials.

The district had already put out a request for bids for the Trementina property and had even found an interested buyer, but the deal is now up in the air because the parcel owned by the district is smaller than originally thought. The amount of land, survey and value of the property are in limbo.
