Fort Union National Monument will be joining national park sites around the country in celebrating the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday with a fee free day. Entrance fees will be waived for all visitors to Fort Union National Monument on Monday. Visitors arriving in the park will be allowed to enter free of charge.
“Winter can be a wonderful time to visit Fort Union,” says park Superintendent Charlie Strickfaden. Fee free days are a great opportunity to discover a new season in your favorite national park.”
