An explanation of Arts Council efforts

In response to a recent letter to the Optic in the Oct. 1 edition: Art organizations and art projects in general have been run aground, unfortunately, in a rather roughshod manner. The Las Vegas Arts Council cannot speak for the artists’ master website or the Artists Directory as they are not our projects. As for the LVAC, in particular, misrepresentations abound.
