Ex-teacher absent from sex offender website

During Jay Quintana’s sentencing hearing in November, one of his daughters pleaded with the judge to not make her father register as a sex offender because she feared that having him on the sex offender website would open up her family to further ridicule. Turns out she didn’t have anything to worry about.

Although Judge George P. Eichwald ordered Quintana to register as a sex offender three months ago, neither his name nor his mug appear on the New Mexico sex offender website.
