Handcuffed suspect broke free from holding cell

The DWI and child abuse charges were bad enough. But it’s what authorities say 36-year-old Torrey Ramirez did while locked up in a holding cell at the San Miguel County Sheriff’s Department on Saturday that has him in even hotter water.
