Las Vegas impressed some people last week, with a sizable turnout to a recycling meeting on the Highlands University campus. Alex Aragon, chairman of the city’s recycling task force who moderated the event, said members of the New Mexico Recycling Coalition were astonished with how many local people took an active interest in what they had to say.
