Rivalry week is here for Meadow City basketball.
Robertson’s boys’ basketball team hosts West Las Vegas this evening at Mike Marr Gym. Action tips off with the freshman game at 4 p.m., followed by the junior varsity and varsity, the latter tipping off sometime after 7.
The Cardinals, coached by David Bustos, are 5-14 overall and 1-3 in District 2-3A. Most recently, the Cards lost 76-59 to Santa Fe Indian.
The Dons and Morgan Montaño are 12-8 and 2-2 coming off a 58-46 loss at St. Mike’s.
Thursday night, it’s the girls’ turn. West Las Vegas’ Lady Dons (15-6, 2-2) hosts RHS (9-10, 2-2), also beginning at 4 with the frosh.
