Domínguez retires from Los Alamos laboratory

Martín V. Domínguez who has been the Labor Relations Program Manager/Group Leader at Los Alamos National Laboratory since Dec. 1, 2008, retired late last month.

He has been responsible for negotiating and administering 14 collective bargaining agreements with more than a dozen building and construction trade unions; facilitating labor arbitrations, grievance mediations, and responding to Federal and State agencies on employment and labor relations claims.
