More kids attending the after-school program at the city recreation center will have access to technology after District Attorney Richard Flores’ office donated five computers to the students after his office completed an upgrade to its system.
Recreation director Mark Loera said about 25 students were registered.
“The first hour they have to do homework. If they don’t have any homework from school, our after-school tutor, Betty Crespin, will give them an assignment.”
