Members of the Las Vegas City Council said Wednesday that they like the performance of City Manager Timothy Dodge, but they disagreed over the process of giving him a contract.
And Dodge himself said the former city attorney, Carlos Quiñones, failed to draft a contract for him, despite the governing body’s direction to do so. Quiñones’ last day was Dec. 31.
