The city of Las Vegas plans to buy property west of Keyes Park for possible expansion of the park, and it’s getting a great deal on the land.
The 1.5 acre property is at the southeast corner of First Street and Mills Avenue. The vacant land is zoned for general commercial use and has been appraised at $295,000, City Attorney Dave Romero has said.
