Chamber Music Comes to Las Vegas

The Music from Angel Fire chamber music festival arrives in Ilfeld Auditorium for its yearly Las Vegas concert, FRIDAY, AUGUST 23, 7:00 PM --

Music fromAngel Fire promises that this year’s concert will provide a fascinating time warp from the Baroque era to the music of today for listeners and performers alike! Both halves of the program open with works by Telemann, then jump to the 20th and 21st Centuries, with works by Britten (celebrating the Centenary of his birth) to end the first half and original works performed and written by the incredible Imani Winds on the second half.

An extra treat for the audience will be the special guest appearance with Imani of the multiple Grammy Award winning clarinetist, Richard Stoltzman.
