Candidate Signs Linger

I rd somewhere that the candidates from the city elections had to take their signs down after the voting -- and that those in the runoffs could not put them back up again until a certain time before that election. Most of the signs are gone, but a few linger for some of the candidates, and one mayorial candidate in particular has kept up a very visible presence through the interim. If all this is true, it could produce an unfair, per sign, advantage for those who left signs up.
