The campaign for literacy

Congratulations to The Literacy Council of Northeastern New Mexico for another successful event. Last week’s literacy fair — the third for Las Vegas in as many years — featured about 25 literacy-related booths, attracted more than 200 participants and was graced by the presence of the state’s First Gentleman, Chuck Franco.
