Driver likely won’t be charged
A state police spokesman says the driver of the truck that collided with a four-wheeler in Romeroville, killing a 5-year-old girl will likely not face charges over the accident.
Lt. Robert McDonald said that the crash was still being investigated, but “the driver of the truck will probably not face charges.”
Two girls were on the four-wheeler. Killed in the accident was Destiny Encinias, 5. Shania Baca, 11, was injured.
