After a full day of testimony, both sides rested Friday evening in a district court hearing to determine whether West Las Vegas boys basketball will have to forfeit games as prescribed by the New Mexico Activities Association.
Judge Abigail Aragon was to take the weekend to render her decision, expected on Monday.
Aragon last week issued a temporary restraining order against the NMAA, allowing for unplayed games that had originally been ruled forfeits to be played.
