Highlands University
The New Mexico Highlands University music faculty will present a brass recital at 3 p.m. on April 9 featuring the compositions of Galliard, Mozart, Rimsky-Korsakov and Persichetti.
The recital is in the Margaret Kennedy Alumni Hall, 905 University Ave. The musical selections range from the baroque to the modern era.
Highlands University music professor and band director Edward Harrington will play trombone and tuba in the recital. Adjunct music faculty member Greg Tyrone will also play tuba.
