Four Meadow City fighters will make their return to the ring Saturday night as part of “Boxeo en Las Vegas II,” the sophomore effort from Crespin’s Promotions.


Gates open at 5:30 p.m. and first bell rings at 6:30 for the nine-bout professional boxing card, to be held at Gillie Lopez Gym. Tickets are available at Premier Signs & Graphics, Sena’s Music, Xtreme Nutrition, House of Pain Tattoos and from promoter Carlos Crespin (429-4068).

In the six-round main event, welterweight Arturo Crespin puts his 5-1 record on the line against Patrick Thompson of Nebraska.


Amanda Crespin (3-2-1) will go six with D.J. Morrison of Montana in the semi-main event.


Another local favorite, Shawn Gallegos (17-4) continues his comeback against Marcos Herrera (6-1-1) of Denver.


Michael Coca Gallegos (0-7) meets Juan Herrera (0-1) in another fight featuring a local boxer.
