The 6-foot-7 New Mexico Highlands sophomore has been putting the “power” in power forward this season with his defensive prowess.
He blocked eight shots over the weekend in games at Colorado State-Pueblo and UC-Colorado Springs. On Jan. 18, he shattered a league record by swatting 12 shots in one game against Chadron State.
