More than three years after Mariah Arguello was killed by a drunk driver, the bar accused of over serving the drunk driver has been fined and it had its liquor license suspended for a few days.
El Alto Bar and Station, located just south of Las Vegas, was given an administrative citation for over-serving. The bar paid a $2,500 fine and was forced to stop serving alcohol for eight consecutive days, the state Regulation and Licensing Department announced this week.
