Amendments on general election ballot

With early voting for the Nov. 6 general election already under way, it’s time to start brushing up on the five constitutional amendments that will greet voters when they show up to cast their ballots.

Three of the five amendments deal with the state Public Regulation Commission, a powerful state agency that regulates everything from utilities to insurance companies. Those amendments will be covered in a future issue.
