Las Vegas boxer Amanda Crespin scored a unanimous decision over Brenda Gonzales on Friday night at Crowne Plaza hotel in Albuquerque.
Crespin improves to 7-4-1 as a professional, and she has now won three consecutive fights.
In beating Gonzales, who shares Crespin’s ring nickname of “Boom Boom,” the 21-year-old Crespin took down a solid foe whose mettle has been tested in mixed martial arts as well as boxing.
Gonzales, 30, a native of Moriarty, falls to 2-1 as a pro boxer.
Both boxers weighed in at 125 lbs. for the four-round matchup.
